Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, total care to critically ill patients in our specialized Oncology ICU
- Expertly manage ventilators, titrate drips, and monitor patients on BiPAP and CRRT
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure the best outcomes for every patient
- Provide hands-on support including turning, dressing changes, trach care, and continuous monitoring
- Float to other ICUs, PCU, and BMT units as needed, bringing your expertise wherever it is most valuable
Qualifications
- Active RN license and at least 1 year of strong ICU experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Proven ability to titrate drips and manage ventilated patients
- Experience caring for BiPAP patients is essential
- CRRT and transplant experience are highly valued
Knowledge & Skills
- ICU nursing with ventilator and BiPAP management
- Titrating drips and caring for critically ill patients
- CRRT and transplant patient care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork with physicians and colleagues
- Compassionate approach and ability to build rapport quickly
