Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and skilled emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
- Perform triage assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with standards
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of emergency room experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
