Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Full-time, rotating AM/PM shifts; weekend coverage based on case load; on-call required (details discussed at interview)

Bill Rate: $43.00 - $52.00/hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform and process X-rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment, ensuring high-quality images that are transmitted to a Radiologist for interpretation
- Unload portable X-ray equipment and transport it into healthcare facilities to perform physician-ordered exams, always aiming for clinically diagnostic results
- Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation, adding an extra layer of patient care
- Scan and submit exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily, keeping everything organized and on track
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and management to coordinate daily routes and assignments
- Interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients to foster a collaborative environment
- Maintain both the vehicle and X-ray equipment in top condition, ensuring readiness for each visit
Qualifications
- Active ARRT Certification and a valid California state license (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license in good standing, ready to hit the road
- COVID-19 vaccination required (or approved exemption documentation)
- Ability to physically manage equipment, including pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs with mechanical assistance
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in X-Ray, EKG, Digital Radiography (DR), and Computed Radiography (CR)
- Familiarity with portable imaging equipment and safe handling techniques
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, facility staff, and your team
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively during a busy day
