Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough teeth cleanings and remove plaque and tartar to keep smiles healthy
• Take and develop dental X-rays to help diagnose oral conditions
• Assess patients' oral health and report findings to the dentist
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments to ensure a safe environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evening hours
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient care
• Experience in a dental office is preferred but new grads welcome

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and equipment
• Knowledge of dental radiology and safety protocols
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
• Excellent patient education skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team
• Time management and organizational skills
