Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of MRI procedures independently, using advanced imaging technology to capture high-quality diagnostic images
• Ensure patient safety by screening for contraindications and adhering to strict MRI safety protocols
• Exercise independent judgment and initiative in technical procedures under limited supervision
• Collaborate with the radiology team to provide comprehensive imaging services for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
• Previous hospital experience in MRI
• Current ARRT Registry (R) with MRI Registry
• CPR certification
• Venipuncture certification (or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire)
• Two recent supervisory references

Education

• Formal AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology

• Proficient in MRI procedures and safety
• Strong understanding of radiologic technology principles
• Independent judgment and decision-making
• Skilled in venipuncture and CPR
• Excellent patient care and communication
