Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostics for assigned patients
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches
• Develop and update treatment plans, monitoring progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Document clinical encounters accurately and timely, maintaining compliance
• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment when clinically indicated
• Support program-level initiatives to improve patient care and services

Qualifications

• Valid Psychologist (PSY) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential (PSYL|LMFT) — LPCC or LCSW credentials are also accepted
• Clinical experience in mental health assessment, psychotherapy, and counseling
• Ability to work Monday–Friday schedules with flexibility for evening or 4x10 coverage
• Strong clinical documentation skills and ability to work within structured systems
• Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate with correctional facility staff
