Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services in an outpatient hospital setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and independence
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Oklahoma or compact eligible
• New graduates welcome - we provide support and mentorship
• CPR certification required
• Ability to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekend coverage

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in documenting care in electronic medical records
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
