Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients across Sacramento County in their homes
Treat a diverse caseload including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric patients
Complete 5-6 patient visits daily while maintaining high-quality care standards
Document mileage and submit timesheets for reimbursement per GSA guidelines
Collaborate with home health supervisors during twice-monthly meetings

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
Minimum 6 months of experience preferred, new grads considered in exceptional cases
Strong clinical skills across multiple specialties
Reliable transportation for home visits throughout the greater Sacramento area

Knowledge & Skills

Home health experience
Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation
Orthopedic and neurological care
Geriatric patient management
Mileage documentation and reimbursement processes
