Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in their homes across greater Sacramento county
- Treat a diverse caseload including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric patients
- Help patients regain mobility and independence in familiar surroundings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records for billing compliance
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
- Minimum experience requirements apply - new grads considered only in exceptional cases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in home health settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Knowledge & Skills
- Home health experience preferred
- Ability to manage a 5-6 patient daily caseload
- Comfortable treating varied diagnoses across multiple specialties
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Tech-savvy for documentation and communication
