Location: Prescott, Arizona

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, hours may vary between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to 8-10 patients daily
Treat a diverse caseload including general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular, and fall prevention
Deliver personalized treatment plans for a large geriatric population
Document patient progress using EMR systems
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to optimize patient outcomes
Create meaningful connections with patients while helping them regain mobility and independence

Qualifications

1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required
Current PT license eligible for Arizona practice
BLS and CPR certification required
EMR experience preferred
Strong clinical skills in ortho, neuro, and vestibular rehabilitation

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy expertise
EMR documentation proficiency
Geriatric patient care experience
Vestibular and balance rehabilitation knowledge
Strong communication and patient education skills
