Shift Type: Monday-Friday, hours may vary between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to 8-10 patients daily
- Assess and treat a wide range of conditions including general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular issues, and fall prevention
- Serve a large geriatric population with compassion and expertise
- Document care accurately using EMR systems
- Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide patient education and home exercise programs
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
- Current BLS and CPR certification
- EMR documentation experience
- Strong clinical skills in ortho, neuro, and vestibular rehab
Knowledge & Skills
- Outpatient physical therapy techniques
- EMR documentation proficiency
- Geriatric patient care expertise
- Vestibular and balance rehabilitation
