Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day with a focus on orthopedic conditions
Provide individualized care plans that help patients return to the activities they love
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with patients and providers
Support the clinic's mission of keeping the community active and healthy

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
Patient assessment and individualized treatment planning
Documentation and progress reporting best practices
Ability to adapt care for a variety of diagnoses common in a small-town setting
Team collaboration across PT, OT, and SLP disciplines
