Location: Canon City, Colorado

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 01-04-2027

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatments for orthopedic patients
Develop personalized treatment plans that help patients achieve their recovery goals
Manage patient schedules and maintain excellent continuity of care
Collaborate with rehab aides and support staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Build meaningful relationships with patients in a close-knit community setting

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT license or Compact license
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Strong background in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
Excellent communication and patient management skills

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation expertise
Ability to treat a wide variety of diagnoses in a community setting
Strong patient evaluation and treatment planning abilities
Comfortable working independently with 1:1 patient care
Experience managing patient schedules and care coordination
