Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatments for orthopedic patients
- Develop personalized treatment plans that help patients achieve their recovery goals
- Manage patient schedules and maintain excellent continuity of care
- Collaborate with rehab aides and support staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Build meaningful relationships with patients in a close-knit community setting
Qualifications
- Current Colorado PT license or Compact license
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Strong background in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation expertise
- Ability to treat a wide variety of diagnoses in a community setting
- Strong patient evaluation and treatment planning abilities
- Comfortable working independently with 1:1 patient care
- Experience managing patient schedules and care coordination
