Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 35
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans to restore patient mobility and function
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities tailored to their recovery goals
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes to ensure optimal care
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic rehabilitation
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Maryland (or compact eligible)
- Graduate from an accredited PTA program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in therapeutic exercise techniques and modalities
- Strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and safety protocols
- Skilled in patient assessment and documentation
- Empathy and patience to support diverse patient populations
- Team-oriented with ability to work independently when needed
