Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during procedures, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to maintain a safe clinical environment
• Take and process dental X-rays and impressions with precision
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and oral hygiene, answering questions with warmth
• Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment plans
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional, personalized care

Qualifications

• Must be Orthodontic Certified (required)
• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant, specifically in orthodontics
• Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and chairside support
• Knowledge of Denticon or similar dental software is a plus
• CPR/BLS certification (preferred)

• In-depth understanding of orthodontic procedures and instruments
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office
