Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms following strict infection control protocols
- Take and develop dental X-rays and impressions as directed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with appointment scheduling
Qualifications
- Certified or registered Dental Assistant (RDA/CDA) preferred
- Current Maryland Dental Radiology Certification required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in orthodontic or dental assisting
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in orthodontic procedures, including bracket placement and wire adjustments
- Knowledge of dental software and digital imaging systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Team player with a positive and professional demeanor
