Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons across Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, General, Urology, and Gynecology procedures
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields for robotic-assisted surgeries
- Collaborate with the OR team to ensure smooth case flow and patient safety
- Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment with precision and care
- Respond to on-call needs to support urgent surgical cases
Qualifications
- Active state license as required
- BLS/BCLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience
- Hands-on experience in Ortho, Neuro, Robots, Vascular, General, Urology, and Gynecology cases
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
- Familiarity with robotic systems and multiple surgical specialties
- Ability to stay calm and focused during on-call situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
