Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess functional abilities and needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients regain independence
• Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve motor skills and daily living
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate holistic care
• Document patient progress accurately and adapt treatments as needed
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and safety strategies

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license
• NBCOT certification as an Occupational Therapist
• BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
• New graduates welcome to apply - we provide great mentorship!

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and adaptive equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in electronic documentation and medical software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for helping others reach their highest level of function
