Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional occupational therapy services to patients in outpatient clinic settings
• Optimize health and function for individuals and families through hands-on, patient-centered care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills and independence
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic rehabilitation
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota (must be currently active)
• Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous travel or outpatient experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in functional assessments and treatment planning
• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology
• Skilled in patient education and family training
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with efficiency and compassion
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
