Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services to promote independence and function
• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii Occupational Therapist license required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational therapy
• Current BLS/BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications preferred
• ASHA, CHT, or ACP Training highly valued
• Must be able to cover weekends and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in electronic medical records (preferred)
• Knowledge of rehab therapy best practices and safety protocols
