Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on orthopedic therapy to patients recovering from shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow injuries
Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, CVA, MS, and head injury patients
Provide upper extremity therapy in outpatient, acute inpatient, and rehab settings
Document patient progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems
Collaborate with rehab aides and the interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes

Qualifications

Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Outpatient orthopedic experience with focus on upper extremity therapy
Experience treating shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures

Knowledge & Skills

Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Upper extremity therapy expertise
Familiarity with ReDoc and Meditech documentation
Ability to manage a caseload of 12 patients per day
Lymphedema training is a plus
