Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment
- Collaborate with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to prioritize patient needs and manage workload
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to ensure evidence-based care
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Nebraska
- Emergency room experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Additional certifications such as TNCC, ENPC, PALS, and NRP a plus
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of emergency room procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
