Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem night shifts, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care during night shifts
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications with precision
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure top-notch resident outcomes
- Assist in daily living activities to enhance patient comfort and well-being
- Document care accurately to support continuity and quality improvement
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Maryland
- Current BLS certification
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
- Reliable and adaptable for per diem night shifts
Education
- Valid LPN or RN licensure from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Medication administration expertise
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Night shift experience a plus
