Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to supervising nurse or physician
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
- Ensure a safe and clean patient environment
Qualifications
- Valid LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and clinical judgment
- Medication administration and IV therapy (if applicable)
- Electronic medical records (EMR) proficiency
- Team collaboration and adaptability
