Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately under standing orders
Perform routine assessments and report changes promptly to the care team
Document care, vitals, and interventions clearly in the medical record
Collaborate with Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care
Support residents' daily living needs while promoting dignity and independence
Participate in shift handoffs and contribute to a positive, solution-focused team culture

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Comfortable working in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment (preferred)
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

Completed LPN/Vocational Nursing program or equivalent diploma/certificate

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic pharmacology
Vital signs, wound care basics, and ADL assistance
Clinical documentation and basic charting in an EMR
Time management and prioritization on busy shifts
Interpersonal skills for resident-centered care and family communication
