Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: As needed, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM shifts available
Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Maryland (or compact state eligibility)
- CPR certification (BLS) required
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in a similar setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care standards
- Proficient in medication administration and venipuncture
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient populations
