Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor vital signs and observe patient condition, reporting changes promptly
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Document patient care thoroughly and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for every patient

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Maine (or compact license accepted)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or a hospital setting is a plus
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and documentation
• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
