Location: Lebanon, NH
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM day
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Perform thorough patient assessments and document changes clearly
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to optimize outcomes
- Assist with care planning, transitions, and patient education
- Monitor and report patient status, escalating concerns when needed
- Maintain accurate charts and comply with facility policies and regulations
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire (or compact where applicable)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Current immunizations and ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Comfort working 12+ hour day shifts as a per diem clinician
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Reliable, professional, and able to adapt to a variety of clinical settings
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic IV/antibiotic competency where applicable
- Wound care, dressing changes, and basic restorative nursing skills
- Patient assessment, vital signs, and early recognition of deterioration
- Charting and documentation in electronic medical records
- Infection control practices and safe patient handling
- Teamwork, time management, and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
