Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care within scope of LPN practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Perform routine assessments and report changes to the care team
Document care thoroughly and maintain clear patient records
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and support staff for patient-centered care
Assist with admissions, discharges, and safe patient transfers
Follow infection control and facility safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
Comfort working per diem with variable shifts and unit needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills; patient-focused attitude

Education

Vocational nursing diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic IV/PKG familiarity as appropriate
Vital signs, wound care basics, and routine assessment skills
Accurate charting and familiarity with electronic medical records
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting
Good interpersonal skills for patient and family interactions
