Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in daily living activities
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications

• Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification in New Hampshire
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Time management and adaptability
