Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional preventive dental care and cleanings to patients
- Assess patients' oral health and report findings to the dentist
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and at-home care
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
- Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications
- Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
- Familiarity with dental software and patient management systems
- Strong attention to infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to build rapport with patients and put them at ease
