Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional preventive dental care during 30-minute patient appointments
• Perform dental cleanings and scale teeth to maintain optimal oral health
• Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant for efficient workflow
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices
• Build rapport with patients and ensure a comfortable experience
• Focus on patient care without the need to take x-rays or perform exams

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills in dental prophylaxis
• Excellent patient communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dental software is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Skill in patient education and communication
• Understanding of infection control protocols
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong time management for efficient patient turnover
