Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices
• Perform dental cleanings and assessments
• Collaborate with dentists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Promote a positive and comfortable patient experience

Qualifications

• Valid dental hygiene license in Massachusetts
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and tools
• Knowledge of infection control protocols
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent attention to detail
