Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing procedures
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Capture and review dental X-rays as needed
• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide compassionate patient care
• Willingness to follow all safety and sterilization protocols

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental instruments and procedures
• Proficient in dental radiography and X-ray safety
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental practice
• Knowledge of dental software and patient management systems
