Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform professional dental cleanings and prophylaxis for patients of all ages
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and document findings
• Capture and develop dental X-rays to support accurate diagnoses
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure patient comfort
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (or eligible for licensure)
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work evening shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Proficiency in digital radiography and dental software
• Excellent communication skills for patient education
• Attention to detail and commitment to infection control protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dental team
