Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and dental cleanings
• Perform comprehensive oral assessments and educate patients on hygiene
• Assist with pediatric dental procedures in a fun, friendly environment
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with protocols

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Maryland
• CPR certification required
• Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Skill in patient education and motivation
• Ability to work effectively with children and families
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
