Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings and exams
• Educate patients on oral health best practices and preventive care
• Document patient histories and treatment plans accurately
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Knowledge of infection control protocols
• Familiarity with dental software and charting systems
• Excellent patient education and counseling abilities
