Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and thorough dental cleanings to promote optimal oral health
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed for accurate diagnosis
• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth and efficient care
• Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed clinical records
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania (required)
• BLS/CPR certification (required)
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• New graduates are welcome to apply - we value fresh talent
• Prior experience is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and infection control protocols
• Strong communication skills to connect with patients and team members
• Attention to detail for accurate patient care and documentation
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
• Familiarity with dental software and recordkeeping
