Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms
- Take and develop dental X-rays as directed
- Educate young patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure a calm and friendly environment for children
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent training
- Radiology certification preferred
- Previous experience in pediatric dentistry a plus
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office
- Strong communication skills with children and parents
Knowledge & Skills
- Chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry techniques
- Knowledge of dental materials and sterilization protocols
- Proficiency with dental software and patient management systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to build rapport with pediatric patients
