Shift Type: Day shift, 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM (primary); rotating day shifts as needed (examples: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM). Weekends typically every 3rd or 4th weekend; call & holiday coverage as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging (including CTA and trauma studies) with accuracy and compassion
• Provide imaging coverage across ambulatory, clinic, outpatient, inpatient, ER and OR settings
• Assist in surgical cases with C‑arm imaging when required for emergent procedures
• Support orthopedic imaging and joint procedures for the adjacent clinic
• Help with radiology injections/biopsy assistance when trained and requested
• Document exams promptly and accurately in EPIC and manage studies in McKesson PACS

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification required; ARRT-CT preferred
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year radiologic/CT experience (solid CT experience preferred over mammo)
• Comfortable performing trauma and stroke-related imaging (CTA experience a plus)
• Experience with Siemens 128-slice CT, Ysio X-ray, Siemens MIRA portable, GE OEC C‑arm, Hologic Mini‑C is highly desirable
• Willingness to float and cross-train for injections/biopsy assistance when needed
• Must have MN NETSTUDY account created/registered prior to submission
• Candidates must meet the radius rule and not have been full-time/part-time/PRN with CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity facilities in the past year

Education

• Certification from an accredited radiologic technologist program
• ARRT (R) certification required; ARRT-CT preferred
• BLS required

Knowledge & Skills

• CT imaging and advanced CT protocols (CTA/stroke imaging)
• General radiographic/X‑ray imaging techniques including portable imaging
• Proficiency with EPIC charting and McKesson PACS workflow
• Familiarity with Siemens CT and X‑ray equipment and C‑arm operation
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to perform under busy ER/trauma conditions
• Patient positioning, safety, and contrast/injection assistance knowledge
