Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory tests and procedures accurately and reliably
• Collect, process, and analyze blood, urine and tissue specimens with care
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and troubleshoot routine issues
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and media to support consistent testing
• Enter and manage results in the laboratory information system (LIS) with precision
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols to maintain a safe, compliant lab
• Maintain quality control records and participate in continuous improvement
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare teams to support patient care

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Laboratory Technician or similar role in a clinical laboratory setting
• Position listed as CLT/CLS (title indicated in job posting)
• Proficiency in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, coagulation, urinalysis and blood banking techniques
• Experience using a Laboratory Information System (LIS) for accurate data entry and management
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and good communication/teamwork abilities
• Phlebotomy experience or hospital laboratory experience is a plus
• Ability to relocate to Culbertson, MT prior to start (relocation required)
