Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement individualized therapy interventions following the OT plan of care
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Educate patients and families to support functional independence
- Communicate patient status and updates to the supervising occupational therapist
- Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active state COTA license, or ability to obtain before start
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Occupational therapy interventions and treatment plans
- Patient care and functional independence training
- Accurate documentation and progress reporting
- Clear communication and teamwork
- Safety protocols and infection control
