Roles & Responsibilities

• Help patients regain independence through meaningful therapy activities
• Collaborate with the rehab team to create personalized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and celebrate every milestone achieved
• Support patients in building strength, coordination, and confidence
• Make a real difference in the daily lives of those you serve

Qualifications

• Current COTA license in West Virginia
• BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others reach their goals
