Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric populations in the Cardiovascular Lab
• Monitor hemodynamic and physiologic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Communicate continuously with physicians about patient condition and needs
• Assist with equipment maintenance and inventory to ensure readiness
• Obtain supplies for individual cases and support the Cardiovascular Lab team
• Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities

Qualifications

• Active State Registered Nursing (RN) License required
• Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications upon hire and maintained
• One year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care area required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Direct patient care and assessment

• Cardiovascular lab procedures and equipment
• Critical care experience
• ACLS and BCLS certified
