Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in acute and critical care settings
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and ventilator management
• Monitor patient response to respiratory interventions and adjust treatments as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols

Qualifications

• Active California Respiratory Care Practitioner license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Ability to work NOC shifts on a per diem basis
• EDAP I and II or ENPC preferred (willing to obtain within 60 days)
• Commitment to delivering compassionate patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in respiratory therapy
• Proficiency in ventilator management and airway care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
