Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay at the top of your field

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Michigan or compact state license
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a hospital setting
• Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules including weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
