Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including hemodynamic monitoring
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to respond to changes in patient condition
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in New Jersey
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• At least one year of critical care experience in an acute care hospital
• Open heart experience required
• CCRN certification preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination preferred
