Nuclear Medicine Technician - Per Diem
Location: La Palma, California
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Variable 8-hour shifts, Monday-Sunday, as needed

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures using radioactive materials and advanced equipment
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as ordered
- Maintain accurate patient records and image documentation
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technician
- Current BLS certification required
- Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (CNMT) or ARRT (N) preferred
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system
- DCI/BVP certification (as listed in job requirements)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine imaging protocols and radiation safety
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to operate and maintain imaging equipment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to varying schedules
