Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfer needs to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals and hydration, ensuring dietary needs are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Document care provided accurately and promptly

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to lift and move patients safely
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Previous long-term care experience is a plus but not required
• Must pass background checks and meet facility requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of infection control protocols
• Time management skills to handle multiple residents
• Empathy and patience in challenging situations
