Shift Type: Evening shift (days not specified), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team to help ensure timely care
Take and record vital signs accurately and maintain clear documentation
Support safe mobility and fall-prevention measures to protect residents
Maintain a clean, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents
Collaborate with nurses and support staff to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Completion of an accredited CNA training program
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass state-required background checks and health screenings
Reliable, compassionate, and a strong team player with good communication skills

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of an accredited CNA program required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and assistance with ADLs in a long-term care or rehab setting
Taking and documenting vital signs accurately
Infection control principles and safe handling techniques
Basic charting and handoff communication
Time management, teamwork, and a positive bedside manner
